 How do I request a refund?

 Email contact@AdCreative.ai with:Your account email, Your full name, Including your invoice (download from Settings → Billing) and a brief reason for your request helps us review and process your request. (We may ask for proof of identity to keep your account secure.)

When am I eligible for a refund?

Brands are the foundation of your creatives on AdCreative.ai. By creating a brand, you can upload your logo, We can consider a refund if:You subscribed but did not use the service at all and
You contact us within:
- 7 days (monthly plan)
- 30 days (annual plan)
and colors, brand descriptions, and connect your ad accounts. This allows our machine-learning model to tailor your creative designs and predictions to your brand, ensuring the highest quality output.

When are refunds not possible?

Refunds are not available if:
- The service was used during your subscription
- The request is outside the above timeframes
- Your account has been deactivated or deleted
- Your request is for unused or expired credits
Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are usually processed around 2-3 weeks after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.(We cannot cover additional charges from your bank, such as processing fees or currency exchange differences.)

Will I get confirmation?

 Yes — you’ll receive:
- A cancellation confirmation if your account is canceled
- A refund confirmation once the refund is processed

I haven’t received my refund — what should I do?

If the refund to your original payment method hasn’t been completed in 2-3 weeks, you can reach us via contact@AdCreative.ai
